I have some great news for those of you still recuperating from Hostess filing for bankruptcy. Los Angeles pop culture and food writer Marpop has compiled a list of spots in LA where you can still pick some up. I can practically hear the collective sighs of relief from the city’s inner fatties (myself included). Strapped with $860 million in debt, it certainly doesn’t look good for those golden mounds of unspoilable goodness. Though I’ve personally never messed with anything other than the traditional Twinkie, some of these concoctions, like the Twinkie Boy shake from Go Burger, sound pretty darn yummy. Want to make a Twinkie Boy Shake at home? Add vanilla ice cream, Twinkies, top with caramel and pop some Tums.
