LA Home Prices: The Coming Perfect Storm
23 Jan 2013December 2012 home sales ended the best year for the U.S. real estate market since 2007. Up 9% from 2011, the perfect storm of record-low mortgage rates, low inventory and increased employment have the folks at the National Association of Realtors predicting record-breaking sales through 2013 and beyond.
