L.A. Weekend Non-Boring Guide for 7/5-7/7
05 Jul 2013Happy Friday Angelenos! Looking for things to do in L.A.? This weekend belt out soul stirring music, see world-class dancers and eat Pan-Asian treats! On Friday, get a chance to ogle the very ogable Disney Concert Hall while singing at the top of your lungs! Channel your inner Aretha and Smokey at Friday Night Sing-Alongs featuring Motown classics backed by a live band. Saturday, class it up with world-class ballet under the stars–for FREE! The L.A. Ballet will be performing Agon and Rubies. Agon, Greek for “contest,” has no storyline, but from what I gather, it’s a dance-off in the vein of Zoolander! Okay, maybe a stretch, but not far from it. Like crowds, street food and all things Asian? Visit 626 Night Market, the largest Asian night market in the U.S. Nosh on Pan-Asian treats, imbibe spirits and enjoy live music at Santa Anita Park from 4PM-12AM on Sunday. Have a great weekend!
