Climb 75 floors and 1,679 steps to the top in support of the YMCA. Hope St. will host food trucks, vendors, live music and a beer garden! Same day registration here.
If you can’t do a good deed today, there’s another chance on Sunday for the 15th Annual Wiggle Waggle Walk benefiting the SPCA and Pasadena Humane Society. Registration is free and fundraising is encouraged! Proceeds help provide quality food, shelter and vet care for the 12,000 animals they care for every year.
All that good deeding can make one hungry and lucky for you, you’ve earned it! Through Sunday, wear your stretchy pants and check out the Italian Feast of San Gennaro. Hosted by Jimmy Kimmel, the event will celebrate Italian food, music and wine with tickets starting at $5.
On Saturday, Frogtown (the hood below Atwater Village and east of Silver Lake) welcomes art-lovers for the 8th Annual Frogtown Artwalk from 4-10pm. This burgeoning arts enclave is quickly becoming the go-to spot for local craftsmen and artists. Bands and food trucks will be on hand for this FREE event. Have a great weekend!
