1924 California Bungalow: 3363 Roseview Ave., Los Angeles 90065

Debuting today is a completely redone 1924 California Bungalow in Cypress Park. This part of town rarely gets the kind of flipping action given to other parts of NELA. Which is ironic, because Cypress Park’s offerings are comparable to most of Highland Park’s at a fraction of the cost.

Priced at $418k, this home dangles enough carrots to lure even the most nervous of nellies. Features include new systems, wood floors, a lovely kitchen and rooms with built-in office niches. But, what makes this home really stand out? It’s out back, 400 sq. ft. and has vaulted ceilings. For more info or to see in person, let me know.

It’s amazing how such creativity and smart utilization of space can be put into a small bungalow. This house has a signature bathroom style with white + blk outlined subway tiles. The garage is familiar too. Who is the investor that’s killing it in this area? They do amazing work!

The listing says its 1200 sqft. Are they taking into consideration the 400 sqft “bonus room” into consideration? is that the 3rd bedroom? just curious. Nice flip, albeit the norm for NELA.

The 1200 sq. ft. reflects the agent’s marketing pitch. As it stands right now, it’s only an 846 sq. ft. house with a 400 sq. ft. bonus studio

Thank you Vanessa for the compliments and kind words. This listing was an absolute pleasure to represent and the house received numerous similar compliments from architects, contractors, and who ever else came to the open house and saw the property.

I wish I could take some sort of credit, besides representing the LLC on purchasing the property and now selling it after it’s makeover, but going forward, if you see OYS in the listing marketing remarks, it’s these same guys and they have an exquisite eye for layout, light, space, and not leaving any detail out. We have a lot more coming up in the NELA area… so stay tuned.

Thank you and keep up the great blog.
