1924 Spanish: 1213 N. Ave. 57 Los Angeles, 90042

Debuting today is a completely redone 1924 Spanish in Highland Park. Priced at $498k, it features all the usual trappings of a typical NELA flip from the modern kitchen and baths to new wood flooring and tankless water heater.

However, this home stands out by offering several pretty snazzy bonuses like an antique Spanish door and wrought iron-rails used as a room divider, a beautiful bath with clawfoot tub and wait, what’s this? Is that an outdoor kitchen in the back patio? It certainly is. For more information or to view, let me know.

Someone with good taste! They’ve done a few other projects in the area and are known for combining vintage with new.
