1937 Traditional: 3910 Scandia Way, Los Angeles, 90065

This hillside 1937 Traditional is one of the more interesting homes I’ve seen. It’s a time capsule with modern and vintage elements from multiple eras. It’s also many styles – parts are Mid-Century, some Traditional and others, Spanish. Luckily, it all fits pretty well together.

Located near the Glassell Park border in Eagle Rock, it features original details like hardwood floors, beamed ceilings and a backyard so beautifully intricate, it will make you want to stay outside all day. I want to see this house!
