It’s been a bleak few weeks for new character listings–until now! Seriously, I was starting to get the shakes. Today’s new listings feature extra noteworthy, and some unconventional amenities.
First up is a quaint 1923 Bungalow with high ceilings priced modestly at $439k. Located off York in Highland Park, it’s very central to new eateries, shops and lounges. If none of those trendy new restaurants work for you, there’s always al fresco dining on your tree-bedazzled deck with twinkling hillside views.
Next is the perfect solution to those pricey Silver Lake homes: an in-law unit. The 1921 Bungalow main house is great, but that in-law unit can collect at least $1500 in rent–deduct that from your mortgage and you’ve got yourself a bargain.
Finally, I offer a 1919 Craftsman that features gorgeous original wood floors and character moldings. Oh yea, it’s also walking distance to the finest Korean BBQ in the U.S. Now that’s a selling point. To see any of these homes or for more information, contact Vanessa.
