Whenever I see a home on the market for sale or lease, two immediate thoughts pop into my mind: 1) what I’d do to improve the space and 2) the character details that catch my eye. Yes, the neighborhood was nice, yes it was prime Silver Lake and yes, it looked good from the curb, but the thing that caused heart flutter was the vintage window with a view of the wishing well in the garden.
