29 May 2012I’m a huge fan of the hilly, unbearably charming and shockingly underpriced Glendale pocket known as Adams Hill (best kept secret in L.A.). The neighborhood looks like a storybook village with well-maintained Tudors, Spanish Revivals and Cottages from a bygone era–many perched proudly on their own private knolls.

The Home I’ll Bet a Nickle, You’ll Fall in Love With
13 Apr 2012Literally jumped out of my chair when I saw this come on. This 1927 Tudor in Glendale is on a corner lot and on one of the prettiest streets you’ll ever see. It’s also the second most charming, lusted after character home in my neighborhood.
