When I tweeted a congrats to Mauricio, that he replied to and later retweeted to his 75k followers, it literally blew up my blog!

09 Mar 2012These are the private comments listing agents leave for other agents. This one is for a 400, yes, 400 sq. ft. house with a 1500 sq. ft. lot near L.A. City College. I’m not quite sure what a “2 bedroom, but not really,” means. Still, you’ve got to give this listing agent major props for putting a positive, glittery spin on the extra small, foliage-free lot.
