16 May 2012Adding another feather to the flipping cap that’s Northeast LA is this 1961 Contemporary in Mt. Washington. Yet again, I’m ashamed to call this a flip because it’s not a sad little paint n’ dash job, but a stunning re-imagining of a hillside home that was purchased Nov. 2011 for 301k.
