L.A. Weekend Non-Boring Guide for 4/26-4/28
26 Apr 2013Looking for things to do in L.A. this weekend? Oh là là Francophiles! Stamp your virtual passport with a trip to Paris at Le Grand Fooding at MOCA. Touted as a “big outdoor urban and festive picnic” the event celebrates the romance between Paris and Los Angeles. World-class Parisian and Angeleno chefs, designers and DJs will be on hand to toast a votre santé! On Saturday, Angel City Brewery in DTLA will be hosting Food Truck Heaven with heaping doses of hops and 14 food trucks and live music for FREE! While you’re in the area, pop over to the Brewery Art Walk as it opens its doors for it’s twice annual open house. 100 resident artists will have featured works displayed at this, the world’s largest art complex. Lastly, make sure you get to Atwater Village this Sunday for the Atwater Village Beer, Wine & Food Festival. Quickly becoming my favorite hood on the Eastside, this inaugural bash will feature craft beers, a dozen food trucks and live entertainment. Tickets are close to selling out!
