Mid-Century Flip That’s Basically a New House
10 May 2012I almost feel guilty calling this Highland Park home a flip because virtually nothing remains of the original house. Sold in July 2011 for $200k, this 1909 Traditional was a 2 bedroom/1 bath that clocked in at 480 sq. ft.

Shockingly Transformed 1927 Spanish Flip
08 May 2012Purchased Dec. 2011 for $225k, this 1927 Spanish in Highland Park has been reborn for $439k with most of it’s vintage charm intact. Frankly, it doesn’t even look like the same house. Kudos to the developers for not doing a cheapy flip and bigger props for not getting too greedy with the resale price. To view this home or for more information, let me know.
