Minimum Qualifications

– Hold a current California real estate license with no negative history
– Closed a minimum of 6 transactions in the past 12 months
– Show specialization in one of the following regions: NELA, Pasadena, Silver Lake, Hollywood Hills East
– Must be ethical, honest and pass a background check
