A SoCal native and longtime resident of the Eastside of Los Angeles, Jules Exum brings her 15+ years of PR and Marketing expertise to her real estate work. From walking red carpets in the music business to working with some of LA’s hottest chefs and restaurants, Jules’ passion is working closely with clients to bring their dreams to life. She’s dedicated to creating relationships built on trust, personal communication and comfort. Her years working with artists and in hospitality have allowed her to develop the unique ability to connect with others, prioritize their needs and negotiate effectively on their behalf.
Jules moved to the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles over 13 years ago and quickly fell in love with local artisan shops, sustainable restaurants and stunning character homes throughout the area. Eventually, she settled in Glendale after buying her 1939 Storybook Tudor where she lives with her husband and two little girls. She loves classic homes with great architecture and design and is passionate about helping clients find or sell their next Soulful Abode.
