Priced at $699k, it’s a whopping $249k more than it was before – but for mostly good reason. First, lets applaud that they actually spent money and time here and didn’t just put it back out with the ink barely dry on the loan docs.

Sold in June 2013 for $355k, it resurfaced with a shiny new sticker price and nearly everything else you can throw into a higher-end flip.
