If you think flipping in Northeast L.A. is over, the folks at this 1924 Spanish Bungalow in Highland Park certainly don’t think so. It closed late February for $421k and resurfaced today, less than 50 days later, with an ambitious new sticker price and all the bells and whistles you can throw in.
Priced at $619k, it features an original Batchelder fireplace, wood floors, a semi-open floor plan, modern kitchen and baths with a nod to the vintage, a detached studio (that’s not a converted garage) and brand spankin’ new systems including a bolted foundation. T
They dropped some serious cash here (by my estimate, about $75k-80k) and are hoping you think the +$118k resale is worth the new list price. What do you think? For more information, contact Vanessa Yan.

Love it! I live on Meridian and it’s crazy how many of these houses on this street have been rehabbed the last few years.

That little patch north of York on the Maximilliano end has been such a hotbed for flipping activity!
